Compilation of Data collected on some schools linked to Jecyhm Bible and Life

This table provides data on the situation of some schools graduating from 2020 to 2025. When armed terrorist gangs establish themselves in areas, villages, or towns, all progress regresses. People leave the areas; economic activities cease by exaggerated percentages between 50% and 80%. In Gressier, almost 90% of the population had fled when the terrorists invaded the Commune. When people left, businesses, schools, industries—if any—closed. So, the people who remained had practically no work: no commerce. And agriculture no longer recorded harvests.
Furthermore, schools are barely functioning. Students are not receiving their daily bread, teachers are not receiving pay, and principals are closing their doors. Teachers cannot be paid in a school reduced to 50 to 75% of its enrollment. And those that remain struggle to cover expenses. Only schools that receive aid can remain viable. Some that reopen are suffering deeply from exaggerated deficits and lack of revenue.
Schools need help, like other parts of Haitian society.
These declines can be seen in cities like Bon Repos, Canaan, and generally within Croix-des-Bouquets. These are locations in the north and east of Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital.
These same declines in activity are observed in the south: Martissant, Carrefour, Gressier, and the Porte de Léogane. In 2025, terrorists invaded Kenscoff, a little east of Port-au-Prince, and took over the town of Mirebalais in the Central Plateau, or Central Department of Haiti. They also established themselves in Saut-D’Eau, a district of Mirebalais. Even in other departments not affected by gangs, economic and social life is declining, affecting schools, businesses, and families.
Below, we present a register of some schools, showing their situation regarding the loss of students who no longer attend classes, and the inactivity of schools, comparing today and before the gangs took over these territories. The list is a little part of more and more difficult situations.
That gives a budget of more than 200,000 US $.
But our projects only for school goes over 5,000,000 US $ per year. However, how we receive, will be how we can support others.
Please, then your government will not be willing to support us only for school. We have a lot of projection in rural development and change for a positive behavior to prepare most people in Haiti for Developmental projects.
